The Appetizer – The Bathroom
Here is an Annapolis Bathroom remodel as an appetizer and the Kitchen as the main course! Let’s start with the bathroom. They wanted to add some character to the bathroom and change the look with minimal expense. Voila, change the ceiling light out and hang some stylish wallpaper. Simple, but definitely updates the room. Check out the before and after pictures.
Wow. What a simple solution to transform the bathroom. Beautiful, don’t you think?
The Main Course – The Kitchen
Now, that you’ve had the appetizer, save some room for the main course. Let’s look into transforming the kitchen. This was a complete transformation, and yes, the main course. Obviously, this comes with a bigger expense. But well worth it, to bring the existing kitchen into the look of a brand new contemporary look. Here is the before picture. So dated and stale, clearly not a yummy dish.
We are going to replace the flooring, countertops, backsplash, hood exhaust, cabinet hardware, and two windows. In addition, we will extend the cabinets’ height, to go to the ceiling with crown molding. As well as, installing recessed lights, pendant lights and painting cabinets, walls, ceiling, trim molding, window frames and door. Hope you’ve got a big appetite!
Notice the crown molding on top of the kitchen cabinets. As well as, roughing in the recessed lights. Starting to get some flavors going now. Can you smell what’s cooking?
We changed the window to a casement crank out window. In addition, we’ve primed the cabinets and temporarily put cabinet hardware on, so the homeowner can see the style. Also, completing the exterior carpentry in the last picture.
Will prime and paint when the weather is warmer, this Spring. Are you ready to see what is possible to totally renovate a kitchen? Here it is. Can you taste it? What a wonderful meal. Ummmm. So good.
